The author

Vishay

A marketer who runs marketing for real businesses and builds the systems that now do part of the work.

What I do

I lead go-to-market for a telecoms group and run marketing for a fintech start-up that is taking its first product to market. Before that, a career spent inside marketing teams: strategy, launches, demand, the unglamorous work of making a plan hold through a quarter.

Over the last year I have also built the systems that do part of that work: research runs, drafting, scheduling, the review steps that stop a machine publishing on its own. I use them every week. This site is where I write about what that is actually like.

What the Editorial is

Commentary on AI in marketing from inside the practice. Not a vendor's blog, not a warning, not a listicle. One argument per piece, the evidence attached, and the examples drawn from marketing I have run. Clients are not named; the lessons are kept.

Every piece is drafted with a pipeline I built, checked against its sources, and published only once I have read it and put my name to it. The pipeline also learns from what I change. How this site is made explains it, including the five months in 2026 when nothing was published and why.

Get in touch

If something here is wrong, say so. If you are working on a problem like one of these, I would like to hear how it is going. I read everything that comes in and reply to most of it.
